These are the activity types and formats in which we are most experienced. We like to combine these in whatever way best fits our clients’ circumstances. As we are believers in Method Engineering, during our engagements we usually hybridize our own activities with our clients’ practices and ways of working.

Diagnostics

Through structured interviews, work observation and questionnaire-based tools, we map out the current state of an organization, a team or a leader. We synthesize the collected data, identify patterns and root causes, then return our analysis to the client together with development recommendations.

Facilitation

As an independent party, we lead the facilitation of numerous activities without bias. We make sure everyone is able to open up and be heard, while the predefined goals of the event are also achieved. We tailor our modern facilitation tools and techniques to whatever works best for the specific group and topic.

Trainings and Workshops

From a few-minute micro session to multi-day training programs, we hold tailored education and workshops on request. During these sessions we favor experiential learning (Action Learning). We minimize frontal, lecture-style theoretical education and maximize hands-on, experience-based learning.

Presentations

Frontal presentations for larger audiences on the requested topic. These can range from intimate storytelling sessions to theater-style official presentations, supported by PPT slides and other presentation tools.

Simulations

Simulations are a fun and effective way to convey concepts that are normally hard to grasp through a simple presentation. These games create lasting change in participants’ thinking through personal experience (e.g. Marshmallow Challenge, Red Beads, Kanban Pizza, etc.)

Personal Coaching / Mentoring

Through regular private sessions, we explore the candidate’s inner workings and support their self-improvement efforts. Throughout the journey, we continuously provide feedback and reinforcement for newly emerging challenges.

Group Coaching

Closed sessions with a group, where we help them achieve their personal or shared professional (or even individual) goals. These sessions build internal cohesion and improve how the group works together.

Consulting

After thoroughly and collaboratively exploring the client’s universe, we provide specific, actionable guidance, rooted in our experience, on how the given challenges can be solved. We quality-assure the implementation of these recommendations and provide further support during execution to achieve the best possible outcome.

Audit

We examine the designated area in detail, exploring it through collaborative group and individual sessions. We identify root causes and recommend corrective actions and experiments to run. We typically do this to evaluate completed projects, as opposed to our Consulting service, where we get involved early on, already during planning and execution.
